Licensed since 1992, Carole has been a top producing Metamora Realtor with sales approaching $200 million. In 2005 she acquired her Broker’s license and formed Coventry Realty LLC, pur-chasing a small building in the Village and renovating it in keeping with Metamora’s charm and character.
Although her Company keeps her very busy, Carole donates her time to local charities and philanthropic causes. Since 2002 she has been on the Board and sat as Secre-tary for Banbury Cross Therapeutic Equestrian Center, a charitable organization offering hippo-therapy for children with special needs. She is a Board Member of Seven Ponds Nature Center, the Metamora DDA, sits on the LUTAR Professional Standards Committee and is active with the Meta-mora Area Chamber of Commerce. During the Christmas season, Coventry Realty serves as a lo-cation drop for the Marine’s Toys for Tots.
In 1998, Carole and her husband, Frank, pur-chased 35 acres in Metamora and in 1993 built their home. A retired attorney, Frank often advises in real estate legal issues. They have enjoyed life with five children, five grandchildren, four horses, multiple cats, dogs, chickens and a duck named Lucy! With a background in law and public rela-tions, Carole brings the right mix of talents in ne-gotiating the challenges of today’s real estate mar-ket. A licensed Real Estate Agent since July 2016, Kellie previously acted as the Office Administrator for Coventry Re-alty from 2005 to 2014. Kellie brings 10+ years of real estate experience with Coventry Real-ty along with her life experienc-es and as a business owner for six years. After spending a decade in the robotics industry, Tony joined his moth-er’s firm in 2017. He brings a technical eye to real estate and problem solving comes naturally to him as he adapts his sales ability and communication skills to this industry. Having lived in Oakland and Lapeer counties, Tony has many lifetime friends and contacts that he now assists in their housing transitions. He enjoys classic cars, hot rods, and winter and summer sports which open other avenues for buyers with di-verse interests. Robotics demanded traveling, and after spending years working overseas and living out of a suitcase, Tony now appre-ciates the value of a home and looks forward to real estate as his life’s work.
